More Leads Than You Can Shake A Stick At!

Everybody thinks lead generation is really hard.

It’s not.

You can EASILY get the people in your target audience (your avatar) to give you their name, their email, their phone number, their home address, and any other information that you want.

They’ll EAGERLY give you virtually any information you want, as long as you give them a reason to give it to you that is stronger than their reason not to give it to you.

So for example, if I came to you and said, “Hey, I’ve got a long-lost Dan Kennedy video that nobody has seen in 30 years where he reveals the secret to creating hooks that pull people in better and faster than any other type of headline!”

If I came to you and said I have that video, and if you give me your name and email, I’ll give you a free copy of it, a huge number of you would do exactly that… as long as:

  • You knew who Dan Kennedy was
  • You understood how important a hook or a headline was
  • You wanted to get better at creating hooks and headlines that pulled people like crazy

If you don’t meet any of that criteria, you’re not going to opt in.

If you do meet all of those criteria, there is a very high percentage chance that you will opt in and probably give me more than just name an email if I asked for it.

So the key with getting leads is not some magic “template.”

It’s not some magical words.

It’s not some manipulative jujitsu when it comes to sales copy.

It just comes down to offering something that is of such high perceived value in exchange for the email or phone number that people can’t help but give you their information.

As soon as you start looking at it that way you realize the number one step to getting a whole bunch of leads is to know your avatar better than they know themselves.

When you know their pains, their fears, their desires… you know the words to use to make them an offer they can’t refuse, especially when it comes to opting in.

So, stop looking at lead generation as this expensive, risky procedure and start looking at it as a simple exercise of just offering something of extremely high “use value!”

Do that, and you’ll be amazed at how many people you can get on your list who will give you their full attention.
